A mindful note about insurance.
We are a cash based practice. We choose not to work with insurance providers on the principle that insurance dictates the care you are going to receive based on the idea that there is something wrong with you. We believe firmly that you deserve more than that and we want to provide you with the unique intimate care you deserve. We adhere to a philosophy of empowerment rather than an instilment of fear.

A note from us.
Our first encounter together will begin with a conversation to get to know each other. We want to learn more about you, the things you’re passionate about, the stressors in your life, your goals and intentions for care. We will end our time with an adjustment. After this initial visit, you will be able to schedule care in office or online any time.
All first-time clients will need to complete our ‘get to know you’ paperwork. You can download the forms here to complete prior to your arrival.
